Dr John Camacho began his journey in dentistry with a background in Genetic Engineering and completed his undergraduate training with Honours in Oral Medicine and Pathology at the University of WA, he received the Pierre Fauchard Academy Award in his graduating year for excellence in Dentistry.  After 7 years in general private practice in the beautiful Perth Hills area and part-time clinical tutor at the UWA Dental School Clinics, he relocated to Sydney to pursue his interests in Paediatric Dentistry at the University of Sydney Masters program and completed his primary fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons along the way.

Along the way he was inducted to the International Academy of Dentistry through nomination by his colleagues, a very humbling honour.

My goal is to help children enjoy their dental visits, knowing that I’m making a lasting impression on their oral health for years to come.
